With the development of Internet technology,we have entered a new era:Internet plus era.Internet plus is the deep integration of Internet and traditional industries.All industries need to develop their business by using the Internet plus platform.Application Research Based on this platform has become an important research direction.In the process of information technology in our country,the electrical industry is one of the earliest industries that use the Internet to implement information technology.The most typical applications are financial management system,office automation system,human resource management system,equipment management system and other information management systems.These application systems do greatly improve the operating environment,reduce operating costs and improve production efficiency.With the development of Internet technology and remote monitoring technology,it is more and more convenient for engineers to monitor the production process.Through remote monitoring technology,engineering and technical personnel can get field data at the far end,greatly improving production efficiency.The work of this paper is mainly aimed at the management requirements of asphalt mixing system,and upgrading the existing business management system by using the Internet plus platform.It integrates existing systems and unifies the stations.Based on the Web platform,a unified remote monitor system of asphalt mixing station based on cloud platform is design ed and implemented to realize the maintenance and management of related information.Firstly,the paper analyzes the business process of a typical asphalt mixing plant in detail,including user requirements and basic functions.On this basis,it discusses the workflow and corresponding control logic of asphalt mixing system,renewable material system and burner system.On the basis of this requirement analysis,the design of remote monitoring system based on cloud platform is given,including system architecture,communication system and functional interface design.This paper focuses on the communication design based on mqtt protocol and the point table data of PLC.Finally,the key technologies and methods of system implementation are discussed,especially the implementation of communication based on mqtt protocol,including the development technology of mqtt server and client software,visualization technology based on Web,etc.
