With the development of modern city and the improvement of science and technology,the number of high-rise buildings is more and more,and the scale is becoming more and more big.The elevator,as a transportation tool inside a high-rise building,is applied extensively and is more and more related to people's modern life.However,the development of elevator maintenance and monitoring is far behind the development of elevator industry.In China,the operation environment of most elevators is complex,and the period of inspection and maintenance is long.As a result,there is an elevator failure in the long run,which will lead to frequent occurrence of elevator safety accidents.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs an elevator monitoring system with Internet of Things(IoT)based on MQTT protocol.The system can monitor the elevator real-time running status and diagnose and warn the elevator faults,which can avoid the occurrence or upgrade of safety accidents.First,this paper puts forward the design plan and overall structure of the elevator monitoring system,which is composed of elevator IoT terminal equipment and Ali cloud platform.Nine elevator real-time status and ten faults are defined.Then,the paper designs a set of elevator IoT terminal equipment.The device takes STM32F407ZGT6 as its control core and realizes the functions of elevator signal acquisition and processing and network communication.It obtains the elevator real-time running status and fault information by collecting and processing elevator signals,and published these information to Ali cloud platform through the LwIP network protocol and MQTT protocol.Finally,the paper designs the software architecture of Ali cloud platform and develops a Web monitoring platform.Ali cloud platform uses mosquitto to implement the MQTT broker and the abilities of publish and subscribe message.Web monitoring platform adopts B/S architecture and realizes the visualization map,elevator running real-time information monitoring,elevator historical fault query,maintenance records and rescue records query,operation logs query and basic data management(including elevator brands,elevator types,elevator information,city information,community information),and other functions.The experiment shows that the elevator monitoring system is reasonable and operated with stability,and it has good compatibility and low cost,and improves the elevator monitoring capability and the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
