The power output of the photovoltaic power generation process is unstable,and it is easy to impact the power grid and affect the safety of the power grid.Therefore,monitoring the real-time status of photovoltaic energy storage off-grid systems and forecasting photovoltaic power generation,realizing data visualization of photovoltaic energy storage systems,and improving energy utilization have important application value.The thesis is based on the photovoltaic energy storage off-grid system,focusing on the photovoltaic power generation intelligent monitoring hardware system,photovoltaic power generation intelligent monitoring software system,photovoltaic power generation power prediction technology and energy management strategy.The thesis mainly completes the following work contents:(1)Based on the MQTT network communication protocol,the overall scheme of the photovoltaic power generation intelligent monitoring system is constructed.The requirements of the monitoring system are analyzed,the overall framework of the monitoring system is determined,and the working mechanism between the various components of the system is discussed.Focus on analysis of Lo Ra wireless communication technology,cloud server technology,and improved LSTM network photovoltaic power forecasting technology in the photovoltaic power generation intelligent monitoring system.(2)Designed the photovoltaic power generation intelligent monitoring hardware system,and analyzed the data collection module and gateway module of the intelligent monitoring system.The performance of Lo Ra wireless communication technology and the communication with the GPRS module were tested.The experimental results show that at a communication distance of 0.8 km,the broadband is 500 k Hz,the spreading factor is 7,the forward error correction code is 4/5,and the designed communication speed of the Lo Ra wireless network For 21.205 kpbs,the GPRS communication module can implement MQTT network communication based on AT commands.(3)Researched the photovoltaic power generation intelligent monitoring system software system,built MQTT proxy server,designed cloud monitoring software and cloud database,and developed remote monitoring APP based on Android system The MQTT proxy server,cloud monitoring software,cloud database and remote monitoring APP were tested.The experimental results show that the MQTT proxy server can achieve topic message forwarding,cloud services can provide services,My SQL and Redis database achieve data synchronization,and the remote monitoring APP is based on the MQTT protocol Able to implement communication functions.(4)The improved LSTM network is studied,and a photovoltaic power prediction model is built.The simulation results show that the mean square error of the model converges to 0.078,and the mean square error of a single input sequence is 0.1.The prediction effect of the designed model is better than that of the DBN network model when the weather is changing.(5)Based on the photovoltaic energy storage off-grid platform,the test verification of the intelligent monitoring system was completed.The results show that the monitoring system can realize remote monitoring,and the proposed photovoltaic power generation prediction technology and energy management strategy can smoothly regulate the energy flow of the optical storage system.
