With the great development of human industry and production,the global climate has deteriorated sharply,and various extreme weather and meteorological disasters continue to invade social order and residents' lives.In recent years,among various meteorological disasters,the damage and impact of rain and flood disasters on cities have become increasingly obvious.Many cities in China have experienced floods caused by extreme rainstorms.Frequent community floods have seriously affected the order of residents,and also caused great damage to the community's landscape environment.This research project is aimed at the current problem of generally weak flood capacity of urban communities.Based on the concept of "toughness",the relevant research on flood resilience at home and abroad is sorted out.Through simulation and comparative analysis,the main impact on community flood resilience Factors.The project is located in the community under the jurisdiction of Dongchangfu District in Liaocheng City.The final selection and determination will be based on the conditions of the community location,community attributes,and the year the community was built.Through a lot of research and analysis,it summarizes the main problems of community flood control.Based on this,a simulation verification study was carried out,and the SWMM software was selected to model the selected target community 's current flood situation and optimization measures,and then run a simulation analysis to analyze the total runoff,The runoff coefficient,the number of overflows of rainwater inspection wells,the length of waterlogging at the nodes,the peak value of drainage,and the time of peak emergence are analyzed and compared to find out the main variables that affect it,and then an update strategy to improve the flood resilience of old communities is proposed.The strategy mainly proposes: by increasing the proportion of the immersible area in the community(such as adding green space,green roofs and other facilities),increasing the retention capacity of the rainwater in the space environment of the community(such as replacing permeable pavement,adding biological retention pools in the green space,and vegetation)Shallow ditch),so that the resilience of the communities within the jurisdiction of Liaocheng Dongchangfu district has been effectively improved,and the quality of the community's landscape environment has also been significantly improved.It is of practical significance and reference value for the old communities that urgently need to solve the similar problems of rain and flood disasters,and need to improve the flood resilience and landscape environment quality.
