With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the number of community population is increasing,and the seismic problem of community buildings is becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,the process of post-earthquake reconstruction has not received enough attention,and most of the existing seismic studies on buildings focus on the response of building structures in earthquakes.Resilience of the concept of development provides a new perspective to community building aseismic problems,many scholars at home and abroad in recent years around the community seismic resilience has carried out some research,in view of the seismic ductility of community connotation and assessment framework put forward different points of view,however,due to the seismic resilience of community research is relatively new,there is no generally accepted methods of evaluation.Therefore,combining with the three-dimensional space theory and using the complex network method,this paper constructs the seismic resilience model of community buildings to achieve the quantitative evaluation of the seismic resilience of community buildings,so as to enrich the theoretical connotation of seismic resilience and improve the seismic resilience of community buildings.In this paper,based on literature analysis,the seismic Resilience of community buildings is defined,which refers to the ability of the physical and social systems in the community to resist the earthquake and the ability to recover after the earthquake.Secondly,the seismic Resilience evaluation and analysis method based on trio spaces was proposed.The community was modeled by building a mixed physics-social complex network,and the failure of community buildings and roads under different earthquake conditions was simulated.On this basis,the seismic resilience evaluation of community buildings was realized quantitatively.Then,a case study is carried out based on the actual situation of a certain campus to verify the effectiveness of the method.At the same time,seven different reconstruction strategies are proposed to analyze the reconstruction process of the community and select the optimal reconstruction strategy.Finally,combined with a campus example,in view of the common problems in the community,the seismic optimization strategy of the community building is proposed.The main work of this study is as follows:(1)An evaluation and analysis method of seismic Resilience based on trio spaces is proposedIn this paper,based on the theory of trio spaces and the actual situation of the community,a mixed physical-social complex network is constructed by stratifying the relevant information in the community,as to simplify the simulation of the damage to the community buildings,roads and personnel caused by the earthquake,and lay a foundation for the quantitative evaluation of the seismic resilience of the community buildings.Based on the method of social network analysis,the characteristics of the mixed physical-social complex network of seismic resilience of community buildings are analyzed,including local characteristics and global characteristics,which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of post-earthquake reconstruction strategy and the proposal of seismic resilience optimization strategy of community.Based on the above network construction method and social network analysis method,combined with the characteristics of complex network,the definition of global network efficiency was improved,and a quantitative evaluation method for seismic Resilience of community buildings was proposed.(2)The validity of the method is verified by a campus exampleAccording to the actual situation of a campus,different earthquake scenarios were simulated,and the characteristics of the mixed physical-social complex network under different damage states were analyzed.Seven reconstruction strategies were proposed,and the optimal restoration strategy was selected through analysis and comparison.Through the analysis of the example,it is found that the efficiency of the mixed physical-social complex network is highly negatively correlated with the building vulnerability model,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.(3)The seismic resilience optimization strategy of community buildings is proposedBased on the seismic resilience evaluation of community buildings,trio spaces based seismic resilience optimization strategy for community buildings is proposed in this paper.In essence,the evaluation of seismic resilience is still aimed at building a resilient seismic community,so it is of great significance to the optimization of seismic resilience of community buildings.Based on the results of the social network analysis and the mixed physical-social complex network characteristics of the seismic resilience of community buildings,the optimization suggestions for the resilience of community buildings were put forward from the aspects of physical space and social space.
