Research On Risk Management Of D Hotel Green Building Project

The development of domestic urbanization has brought more energy and environmental protection issues,and the construction of 'environmentally friendly' and'resource-saving' cities has become a social consensus,,and this provides a background for the vigorous promotion of green buildings.Although green buildings can save energy to a certain extent and protect the ecological environment,they will also encounter many risks in the construction process.In this article,D hotel is taken as an example to the unique nature,geography,society,Analyze the economic and other conditions,get the risk factors of green construction projects and propose countermeasures.This article uses the literature research method and case analysis method,based on the reference to the domestic and foreign relevant literature on green building project risk management and the actual situation faced by D hotel,through an expert interview to list the risk list faced by the hotel project;and based on the questionnaire survey The method is used to evaluate risk indicators.With the help of SPSS24.0 tool and factor analysis method,the risk factors are summarized into eight main common factors.The qualitative analysis method is used to analyze the risk countermeasures of each factor.This article summarizes a total of 43 risk factors suitable for D hotel,including the macro,meso and micro levels,of which the macro covers the natural environment,social culture,economic factors,institutional factors and technical support.Meso is the project situation,Covering the three aspects of green construction,contract management and management factors;the micro is the situation of project participants,covering the five aspects of the owner,the designer,the constructor,the supervisor and the operator.The survey results meet the requirements in terms of reliability and validity,and the descriptive statistical results are not extreme or scattered.The eight public factors are natural environmental risk factors,social and cultural risk factors,macro environmental risk factors in the region,and green construction.And green management risk factors,owners' decision-making and operating risk factors,designer and operator capability risk factors,construction party capability risk factors and supervisory capability risk factors.For each risk factor,it should be avoided based on measures such as adapting to local conditions,enhancing the hard power of all parties,strengthening technology,and strengthening communication.On the one hand,this article gives a list of risks for green building projects that are suitable for D hotel,and also proposes countermeasures for risks,which is conducive to the avoidance of the corresponding risks of D hotel projects.Certain reference value.
