Research On Design Strategy Of Green Hotel Based On CRS Architectural Programming Method

The deteriorating ecological environment and the relative shortage of resources and energy are the long-term challenges we are facing,focusing on the transformation of the extensive economic growth,with the introduction of "Assessment standard for green hotel building" and the national policy related to the accommodation industry,the domestic attention to green hotel is unprecedented.Green hotel is closely related to social economy,green building,energy-saving technology and hotel management,which is a complex construction topic.Under the background of rapid construction,some problems have emerged,which restrict the healthy promotion of green hotel development.Based on William Penner's CRS Architectural Programming Method,this paper carries out the research of green hotel building programming with the relevant knowledge of green building,in order to have a positive effect on the feasibility study,planning design,project construction and operation management of green hotel project in the early stage.Firstly,this paper analyzes the matrix system of CRS Architectural Programming Method and the basic theory of Green Hotel,puts forward the main problems existing in green hotel,and then combines the two,puts forward the technical route of green hotel building programming under CRS Method.Secondly,according to the basic procedures of CRS operation: Target determination,information collection and fact analysis,concept test,definition of basic needs and problem statement to carry out the overall construction,and then from the base selection and environmental construction,spatial relationship planning,The application of energy-saving technology and the planning of green Operation management to study the construction of characteristic information elements.Innovatively use the pre-operational thinking to reverse the programming results,and evaluate and screen the information elements with the investment return rate and sustainable development as the main programming concepts,and complete the green hotel programming system,which provides a suitable design strategy for green hotels;Finally,the paper combines the above research results of green hotel programming with the Changchun Zhongmao International Hotel project,formulates the design requirements of the project,and further guides the generation of the design scheme.
