In recent years,the production and sale of passenger cars in China are increasing,and the demand of family owned cars is increasing year by year.As a car seller,profit maximization is the goal of the enterprise,and to achieve this goal,excellent sales staff is its core factor.Taking Shenyang SAIC Volkswagen 4S store as an example,this paper takes the salesmen of Shenyang SAIC Volkswagen 4S store as the research object,defines the ways and functions of employee motivation based on the literature research method and summarizing the relevant research of employee motivation at home and abroad;at the same time,it uses the field survey method to summarize the incentive situation and existing problems of the salesmen of Shenyang SAIC Volkswagen 4S store and then divides them into three parts.It is concluded that there are some problems in material incentive and non-material incentive of 4S shop sales staff,which are mainly manifested in the imperfection of material incentive system,the neglect of spiritual incentive,the unfairness of promotion incentive,the incompleteness of training incentive,the lack of corporate culture and the weak sense of belonging.These problems directly lead to the low enthusiasm and satisfaction of sales staff.Strong,affecting the efficiency of the enterprise.Through the further analysis of the problems existing in the motivation of sales staff in the 4S shop of SAIC Volkswagen,this paper puts forward targeted solutions and suggestions in the aspects of material and non-material motivation of sales staff,stimulates the work potential of sales staff,mobilizes their work enthusiasm,exerts their business ability,realizes their own career planning,and completes the strategic objectives of the enterprise.Make the sales staff more satisfied with the management of the company.At the same time,it also provides some reference for other companies in the same industry in employee motivation.
