| With the continuous updating of automobile products and technologies,the traditional automobile sales entities are under great pressure,especially the automobile city is facing the huge challenge of network sales.The fierce market competition also causes the automobile sales staff to bear the increasing sales pressure.Theoretically,the huge sales pressure will not only reduce the work level and efficiency of auto sales staff,but also affect the satisfaction and sense of belonging of auto sales staff to Auto City,so as to improve the turnover rate of auto sales staff.For the automobile city and other sales enterprises,the comprehensive level of sales staff represents the core competitiveness,and is also the source and power of the future development of the automobile city.Therefore,auto city should pay attention to improve the ability of auto sales staff management and resist sales pressure.This research focuses on the group work intervention of automobile sales staff’s sales pressure from the perspective of empowerment.Firstly,it analyzes the research background,significance,methods and research status at home and abroad,and discusses the connotation and theoretical basis of relevant concepts,thus laying a solid theoretical support for the development of this research.Then,taking Wuhan h Automobile City as a case study,this paper uses the questionnaire method to understand the current situation and characteristics of the sales pressure of employees in the automobile city,and further discusses the main sources of the sales pressure.Finally,the paper puts forward a group work intervention scheme of automobile sales staff under the perspective of energy increase.According to the service objectives,intervention plans,service agreements,etc.,the group work intervention activities are completed in four times,and the effect of group work intervention is evaluated.The result of this group work intervention effect evaluation shows that the group work intervention plan proposed for the sales pressure of automobile sales staff in Wuhan h automobile city can effectively help employees relieve the sales pressure,improve their enthusiasm and initiative,and enhance their overall satisfaction and sense of belonging to Wuhan h automobile city. |
