Since the reform and opening up,China’s rapid development of automobile industry,automobile sales and service professionals in the field of population began to rise sharply,however,behind the increase in the number of brought a professional quality is uneven.Audi,as one of the first to open the China market brand,for the dealer’s staff training in the top in the same industry,makes consumer’s trust in the brand.Even so,in the face of growing Chinese automobile sales market,sales people still have to get efficient training on the basis of the implementation of professional knowledge and ability of the brand promotion,and carry out sales work better.Therefore,promote the business level of employees has become a major including Audi car production and sales enterprises in the aspect of enterprise competitiveness problems needed to resolve.This paper based on the related literature reading and research for training,using the case method,interview method and descriptive analysis method,shows the present situation and problems of the audi brand training work,and based on actual work experience,puts forward the improvement scheme and Suggestions.This thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is introduction,briefly elaborated the selected topic significance,background,research ideas and methods.About the impact of corporate training and sales at home and abroad are summarized.The second chapter is for sales personnel training to the related theory of overview.Through the analysis of the connotation and theory development,expatiates on the concept of training from the training needs analysis,training design,training plan and implementation,training effect evaluation of enterprise training management theory are briefly discussed from four aspects,and around the sales staff training are analyzed in theory.The third chapter is about the audi brand dealer sales training to carry out the analysis of the status quo,There are still more or less problems in terms of teaching staff,training objects,training resources and training content.The fourth chapter mainly discussed how to into building the audi brand dealer sales personnel training system.Among them,the clear training system to establish the background and principle of the sales staff training system,on the basis of overall description,consider promoting trainers growth,from the Angle of a line of sales staff and management training object selection,comprehensive strengthening basic training,completes the training certification and so on,to build up the new audi dealer sales personnel training system.The fifth chapter is on the audi brand dealer sales personnel training system and the implementation of security.
