Research On Risk Management Of Bidding And Procurement For Construction Project Of S Nuclear Power Station In China

The construction of nuclear power plants has the characteristics of large investment scale,complicated construction organization,technical difficulties,and long contract durations.It requires a comprehensive quality assurance system.full-process construction control,strict test and verification,strong professionalism and personnel skills.Since entering the 21st world,China's nuclear power industry has developed rapidly,and the construction of large-scale nuclear power plants has led more infrastructure companies to gradually enter the field of nuclear power plant construction.The construction projects of nuclear power plants have the conditions to fully promote the bidding and procurement method.However,at the same time,at the current stage of the construction of domestic nuclear power plants,there are still problems such as inconsistent technical routes,diverse types of units,many design changes,and great risks of project delays;especially in civil and installation projects of nuclear islands,few companies have relevant construction experience,market competition is still insufficient,which brings severe challenges to project bidding management and project investment control.Through the risk management approach,this paper systematically studies the risk prevention and control measures for the bidding management of construction projects in the construction phase of nuclear power plants from two aspects of bidding organization and contract text setting,which will help achieve the project management goalsThis paper takes the risk of bidding and procurement work and contract execution process of a construction project in the domestic nuclear power plant S as the research object,and uses the theory of risk management as a guide.Project research can provide a reference for project procurement work of similar enterprises or similar characteristics.
