As China's economic strength continues to increase and people's quality of life continues to improve,cold chain logistics has ushered in the golden period of development in China.In the context of green low-carbon economy,because transportation is the most important part of logistics and energy consumption,the low carbonization of transportation is an inevitable trend of cold chain logistics development.On September 17,2018,the State promulgated the"Three-Year Action Plan for Advancing Transport Structure Adjustment(2018-2020)",which requires that the level of logistics and transportation organizations be improved,and the volume of bulk cargo such as railways and waterways will be greatly increased,and the amount of road traffic will be reduced.The goal of achieving a clear optimization of the freight structure and rapid development of multimodal transport has made green low-carbon transportation the norm.In this context,this paper explores the path selection of China's cold chain logistics multimodal transport in consideration of carbon emissions,and believes that in the process of multimodal transport of cold chain logistics,it is economical and environmentally friendly to take into account carbon emission factors.The transportation route and transportation mode,while the railway cold chain transportation plays an important role in cost reduction and efficiency and low carbon environmental protection in the cold chain multimodal transportation.There are three main points in this paper:(1)By reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad,summarizing the deficiencies in the existing research literature,and clarifying the research focus and innovation points of this paper.The research method is used to determine the calculation method of carbon emission in this paper,and the data and parameters in the example of this paper are determined in combination with the actual situation to ensure the practicality of the example and the reliability of the result.(2)Firstly,according to the particularity of cold chain logistics,the refrigeration cost and time cost are added to the ordinary multimodal transport objective function containing transportation cost and transshipment cost,and the cold chain logistics multimodal transport is constructed without considering the cost of carbon emission.Path model;then adding the refrigerated carbon emissions to the common multimodal transport objective function containing transport carbon emissions and transport carbon emissions,constructing a cold chain logistics multimodal transport path model that considers only carbon emissions;The carbon emissions in the chain logistics multimodal transport process are converted into carbon emission costs through the carbon tax mechanism,and added to the cold chain logistics multimodal transport cost model,and a cold chain logistics multimodal transport path model considering the carbon emission cost is constructed.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.(3)By calculating the three models and comparing the cost and carbon emissions of the optimal routes under different models,it is found that the optimal routes and transportation modes under the multi-modal transport route model of cold chain logistics considering the cost of carbon emissions have achieved the goal of both economic and environmental protection.At the same time,by comparing the optimal transportation modes under the three models,it is found that the railway cold chain transportation is in the cold chain multi-modal transport.It plays an important role in cost reduction,efficiency enhancement and low carbon environmental protection.
