Research On The Site Selection Of Railway Cold Chain Logistics Base And The Optimization Of Multimodal Transport Routes

With the development of social economy,people’s living standards continue to improve,the demand for fresh food and medical drugs and chain catering continues to rise,and cold chain logistics has entered a golden age of development.To build a complete cold chain logistics network and improve its development level,the most critical thing is the logistics base and transportation links.The railway cold chain logistics base has the functions of distribution,processing,warehousing,pre-cooling treatment,distribution and other value-added services,integrating the supply and demand,stock facilities,upstream and downstream circulation and processing resources of the cold chain logistics market,so that the cold chain logistics can achieve scale,intensification and organization.At the same time,with the uneven level of resident consumption in various regions of China,the characteristics of a wide geographical range,multimodal operation is an important part of the long-distance transportation system,with high safety,reasonable cost,high efficiency and energy saving,etc.,so it is necessary to vigorously develop the application of multimodal transportation in long-distance transportation and optimize the structure of cold chain logistics and transportation.Considering the characteristics of railway transportation and the national development strategy,this paper studies the location of railway cold chain logistics base,and on this basis,the optimization of multimodal transport path of cold chain logistics is studied.There are three main points studied in this article:(1)Consult literature and data to understand that the scale of the cold chain transportation market is expanding year by year,combined with the poor development of railway cold chain transportation,and lead to the importance of railway cold chain logistics bases and the optimization of cold chain logistics multimodal transport paths.(2)Understand the conceptual definition of cold chain logistics,clarify the basic requirements and influencing factors of railway cold chain logistics base site selection,and analyze the commonly used site selection methods to select the DEA model that is most suitable for site selection in this paper.Establish an indicator system diagram and use the DEA model to study the site selection problem.(3)Clarify the meaning and characteristics of cold chain multimodal transport and discuss in detail the two organizational methods of multimodal transport.A multimodal transport path optimization model of cold chain logistics considering the time window and the lowest total cost as the target function is constructed,and the model is solved by genetic algorithm,and the calculation and analysis are carried out by example.
