| Multimodal transportation is a complex system that requires the connection and coordination of hubs.Building a modern logistics network system and developing multimodal transportation hubs as infrastructure are important parts of it.the more globalized the freight hub,the stronger its adsorption and radiation power, the greater its leverage effect, and the greater its impact on multimodal transportation. In addition to improving the efficiency of multimodal transportation operations,it can also effectively reduce carbon emissions during the intermodal transportation process, which is of great significance for achieving "dual carbon".Currently,China not only needs international logistics hub cities with global positioning, but also numerous regional logistics hub cities relying on second and third tier cities. Each regional logistics hub has its own characteristics, forming a logistics multimodal transportation network system with diverse functions, nationwide coverage, and unique Chinese characteristics in China.Taking into account the randomness of freight volume in multimodal transportation and the impact of carbon emissions on the optimization of multimodal transportation routes and the combination of multimodal transportation modes, this article studies the location problem of multimodal freight hubs while considering carbon emissions and randomness. This article elaborates and analyzes the theoretical knowledge related to the construction of multimodal transportation hubs and low-carbon transportation. It summarizes and summarizes the current research on multimodal transportation hub location selection methods, path optimization, and consideration of carbon emission factors both domestically and internationally. It proposes the important significance of building multimodal freight hubs, and summarizes the existing research to lay a theoretical foundation.By converting the carbon emissions generated during intermodal transportation into transportation costs, and taking into account both carbon emission costs and the effectiveness of carbon emission policies, with the aim of minimizing costs, the optimization of different transportation routes and the conversion of carbon emissions into costs are comprehensively considered, along with the transportation costs of multimodal transportation.A multimodal freight hub location model is constructed.Exploring the impact of the introduction of carbon tax policies and carbon trading mechanisms on the selection decision of multimodal transportation hubs for public rail water, and analyzing the changing trends and characteristics of economic indicators(total cost of freight hubs)and environmental indicators(total carbon dioxide of freight hubs)of transportation freight hubs after the implementation of different policies.Transform the construction of a hub location model through interval fuzzy credibility constraint programming, and analyze the impact of carbon emissions on locational multimodal transport hubs from the perspective of the network composed of multimodal transport hubs.Use the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt as a case to validate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. This model can effectively calculate the location plan of multimodal transportation hubs, ensure the economic and environmental protection of the selected hub and its intermodal transportation path, and provide a basis for decision-makers to choose multimodal freight hubs with lower carbon emissions. |
