Research On Safety Management Of ZH Airlines

Safety is the basic guarantee for people’s reproduction and survival in society.For the aviation industry,safety is the lifeblood of its development,and it is also the core competitiveness of all aviation enterprises.Safety is the premise of the development of aviation enterprises.Without safety,aviation enterprises will be in trouble.The industry has the characteristics of strong technicality,large capital investment and high risk.Therefore,aviation enterprises are required to continuously strengthen the safety management ability,not only stay in the accident free safety management stage,but also continuously improve the safety management and operation level,improve the management methods,and take this as the fundamental to promote their own development.Taking ZH airline as the research object,this paper expounds the relevant theories of safety management,including the meaning of safety management and aviation safety management,the characteristics of safety management system and aviation safety management,and introduces the current situation of safety management of ZH airline from five aspects: safety management system,safety management system construction,safety management process,equipment and facilities,personnel composition and training,This paper finds out the problems existing in the safety management of the company,that is,the company is not perfect in the safety management system,the lack of a sound safety management system construction,the unscientific safety management process,the untimely renewal of equipment and facilities,the low quality of personnel,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding problems from the aspects of capital,staff training,management process and information construction Solutions and safeguards.This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the safety management of ZH airline,which provides reference and reference for the research of the safety management of the same industry.
