| China began to implement the financial subsidy policy for new energy vehicles in 2009,benefiting from the promotion of the policy.In 2015,the output of new energy vehicles in China reached the first place in the world.However,in the process of policy implementation,a series of problems emerged,such as local protectionist behavior,"fraud compensation" behavior,excessive dependence behavior,etc.These "negative effects" made the country begin to adjust the policy,so in 2016,subsidies began to "decline".The reduction of subsidies makes it more difficult for small and medium-sized bus enterprises,which used to rely on subsidies to maintain profits.In 2018,the Ministry of industry and information technology issued a higher threshold access method for new energy vehicles,which is more beneficial to leading vehicle enterprises.Therefore,the market monopoly degree of leading bus enterprises shows a trend of increasing year by year,and small and medium bus enterprises enter the "winter".As one of the representatives of small and medium-sized bus enterprises,Y bus company’s profits have gradually declined from 2017 to serious losses.In addition,in 2019,Y bus company lost the qualification of vehicle manufacturing and only had the qualification of refitting,so the adjustment of development strategy is imminent.From the perspective of small and medium-sized bus enterprises struggling to survive and even seeking further development in the "cold winter",this paper takes Y bus company as the representative,based on the theory of competitive strategy,and adopts mainstream research methods to analyze and finally draw conclusions.For example,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external macro environment of Y bus company from four perspectives of politics,economy,society and technology;Porter five forces analysis method is used to analyze the external environment of Y bus company from five elements of new entrants,substitutes,upstream suppliers,downstream customers and existing competitors in the industry;In addition,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the external environment of Y bus company and the development opportunities and threats,internal strengths and weaknesses of company Y.Finally,the development strategy is formulated-transform to the field of special purpose vehicles assisted by light bus manufacturing,with the strategy implementation strategy and safeguard measures,which has guiding significance for the development of Y bus company.In terms of the details of the strategic implementation of supporting enterprises,the optimization and innovation of enterprise informatization,human resources and supply chain,etc.,will also have a certain reference role for the manufacturing industry of similar level,have a certain reference and promotion significance for most bus manufacturing enterprises facing similar situation,and have a positive significance for the healthy development of bus industry. |
