The civil aviation aircraft overhaul project has a long TAT period,it owns wide and deep inspection scope,high repair standards,involves multiple types of work and professional cooperation,and heavily depends on by aviation material support.The aircraft overhaul project management is complicated,especially the project schedule management contains difficulty and full of challenges.In this paper,the A330 aircraft8C-Check overhaul project as the research object which has carried on by A enterprise,a few overhaul project TAT were delay,some projects TAT were not delay but often appeared overtime or crashing during implementation,it will not only increase the project cost,also brings the quality and safety trouble in hidden.Project schedule management has become a constraint factor for the company to increase aircraft overhaul business volume,improve revenue level and enhance market share.On the basis of project schedule management theory,this paper describes the present situation of civil aircraft overhaul of A enterprise and project schedule management,combined with the aircraft overhaul project main activities sequence table according to WBS of an A330 aircraft 8C-Check work package,from the aspects of deviation and performance analysis,the progress and progress situation of each stage were analyzed in detail and the causes were discussed,and reveals the influential factors on the project schedule problem through the questionnaire investigation and preliminary,including personnel technical ability,organization and management,course material preparation,program design,and the foreign airline transportation and team atmosphere also show has a certain impact to the schedule problem.Revealing the progress management problems in five aspects,such as communication demand deviation,shortage of public resources,management mode,shortage of aviation materials inventory and shortage of expert talents.In view of the progress management problem revealed by earned value analysis,this paper puts forward the following improvement strategies,including solving the problem of communication and demand deviation,improving the project organization,improving the public resource management mode,ensuring the effective guarantee of aviation material supply,and strengthening the technical force guarantee.This paper makes a beneficial discussion on the progress control of civil aircraft overhaul in A enterprise,which is conducive to further improving the progress management level of aircraft overhaul project in A enterprise.At the same time,it alsohas an important reference significance for the progress management of similar aircraft overhaul projects in other domestic aviation enterprises.
