Design And Implementation Of Supplier Service Process Management System In Electric Power Company

Supplier is the individual or company that supply raw material,equipment and labour service to the party A,and it usually be called as Party B or manufacturer.Suppliers play a very significant role in the supply chain,and has an important impact on the production and business activities of enterprise.Supplier's service is one of the important components that support the development of electric power enterprise,and guarantees the implementation of construction projects and equipment maintenance.Within a certain production cycle,the supplier completes the project according to the plan.With the rapid development of power grid's informatization,the electric power company enters the intelligent management age,and the information technology plays an important supporting role in engineering construction.The information technology is more and more vital in the electric power operation.In the process of promoting the informatization construction of electric power company,the operation of system needs regular maintenance for ensuring the improvement of equipment stability.At present,with project documents,enterprise qualifications,personnel files,and service quality as the carrier,the supplier management of the power industry mainly relies on offline management systems.It cannot easily integrate various information and cannot effectively improve the efficiency of production and operation activities.For more efficient supplier management,this paper describes an information system which could effectively standardize the management of supplier service process,strengthen the operation management of resident personnel,and ensure the normal use and upgrade of electric power information system and communication equipment.An integrated system is used to objectively and comprehensively present the overall picture of the service process.After the registration of staff of supplier,the information of supplier and staff could be inquired in detail on the information system.In the design of system,full consideration is given to the actual production business around the positions of supplier staff,department managers,staff of human resources management,to implement various responsibilities and supervision for promoting the stable development of production and construction.In this paper,we discuss whether to use the C/S structure or B/S structure when designing the supplier service process management system.C/S architecture can utilize hardware resources at both ends to reduce the cost of system communication.However,as the C/S structure has certain requirements for clients,the cost of maintenance and upgrade is high when the number of deployments is enormous.This paper tends to choose the B/Sstructure and deploy the core of system on the servers,reading the data from the database which is deployed om servers.Based on the web servers,the web-browser of client host interacts with the database's data.We use the related development technologies such as web technique,SQL Server database and ASP.NET in this paper.When designing the system,in particular,it should be noted that critical business requirements scenarios are correctly constructed.After the system is built,it should follow the test method to checkout its performance and function.Compared with the design goal,and planning the subsequent work.This system could meet the needs of work requirements after testing.The performance and function of this system could also reach the set standard.
