As China's construction enterprises are transforming and upgrading,the information island problem has always been a major problem hindering the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises.Engineering construction data integration can solve the problem of information islands has become a consensus in the construction industry,but there is no suitable method to achieve it.BIM has a variety of characteristics,including three-dimensional visualization,information synergy,and data integration,which can provide the basic environmental protection for engineering data integration.Through years of development and precipitation,BIM already has a good policy environment in China.The time has come for construction companies to integrate engineering construction data,but the question before construction companies is how to achieve integration of engineering construction data.Based on the perspective of BIM,this paper analyzes the engineering construction data integration from four aspects,and proposes corresponding solutions.This paper uses survey research methods to analyze the current situation of engineering construction data integration,and puts forward the reasons that cause construction companies to have difficulty in integrating engineering construction data,and how to deal with the problem of how construction enterprises should integrate engineering construction data.The literature review method is used to analyze the research situation of this problem at home and abroad.Through the investigation and research method,the in-depth analysis of the reasons for the difficulty of data integration of construction companies in the construction of the project,to find out the starting point for the follow-up solution ideas.On the basis of BIM theory,information classification theory,integration theory and other theories,the idea of data integration solution for engineering construction is put forward.First of all,the main contents of relevant standards of BIM models at home and abroad are analyzed and researched,and the formulation principles,formulation methods,system framework and basic contents of enterprise-level BIM standards that can meet the requirements of engineering construction data integration are proposed.Then the methods and basic ideas of enterprise-level BIM component classification are proposed,and a way of integrating BIM component system and bill of quantities is proposed.The functional characteristics of the main modeling software in the market are introduced,and its performance characteristics are summarized and analyzed using survey research and literature review methods.In order to solve the problem of data heterogeneity due to improper selection of software tools by enterprises,Problems that prevent data from being integrated provide some help.From the three aspects of formulating a corporate BIM development plan,creating an internal BIM working environment,and formulating a BIM work assessment and incentive system,the research explores the issue of building an enterprise mechanism that meets the needs of engineering data integration.Finally,the case study method is used to study and introduce the construction of a company's BIM component classification system,BIM standard formulation,software tool selection,and BIM mechanism formulation,which proves the feasibility of the solution ideas in this article.Based on the perspective of BIM,this paper investigates and analyzes the problems of domestic engineering construction data integration.From four aspects,it deeply explores the reasons that cause construction companies to have difficulty in integrating engineering construction data,and lays the foundation for future implementation of BIM-based engineering construction data integration.Starting from the four aspects of BIM standard system construction,BIM component classification system construction,software tool system selection and enterprise mechanism establishment,a solution to the problem of engineering construction data integration is proposed,which provides guidance for construction enterprises to implement engineering construction data integration.This paper introduces and analyzes the situation of engineering construction data integration of a construction enterprise,and verifies the feasibility of the engineering construction data integration solution based on the BIM perspective.The ideas and methods for integrating the BIM component system with the bill of quantities proposed in the paper are innovative.
