In recent years,due to the labor shortage in the construction market and people’s increased awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,prefabricated assembled buildings have received widespread attention as a new form of construction industrialization.However,there are many parties involved in the construction process of prefabricated assembled building projects,the information is large and diverse,and the information generated at different stages of the construction process lacks uniform standards,resulting in information fault and silos in the project management process,which to a certain extent hinders the rapid development of prefabricated assembled buildings.BIM technology,with its advantages of systematic and efficient information integration management,provides a direction for solving these problems." construction industry development plan clearly emphasizes the need to promote enterprises to establish BIM cloud service platform,realize BIM data transfer and sharing in the cloud,and promote seamless connection of design,production and construction.Therefore,how to use BIM technology and Internet technology to realize integrated information management of assembly building components is of great significance,which can provide reference for relevant participants and promote the development of assembly building.The objective of this study is to realize the integration of information of assembled building components,and the research object is the information generated by assembled building components in the construction stage.By combining BIM technology and information integration management,a theoretical study on the information integration platform of assembled building components is conducted and the system is designed and developed.The main research contents are as follows: firstly,we outline the current research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on BIM technology and the development of the assembly building industry,determine the content and methods of the research,construct the technical route of this thesis,and elaborate on the relevant theories of BIM and information integration to lay the theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Secondly,by referring to relevant literature and interviewing experts,we analyzed the data of the construction phase of the assembly building project,classified them according to the design phase,production phase,transportation phase and construction phase,organized the main information generated in each phase and established a data dictionary for each of these information,so as to standardize the data and lay the data foundation for the subsequent development of the platform.Then,we studied the key technologies for integrating information of assembly building components,including data storage methods,developing plug-ins to extract BIM model information from Revit client into XML format and then rendering BIM models to web pages using Web GL technology,thus realizing the display of BIM model information on web pages and providing a technical basis for the subsequent design and development of the platform.Finally,the system architecture and main functions of the platform are introduced in detail,and a case of an assembly building project is applied to the platform to realize the collection,processing and sharing of component information in the platform,The results show that the platform can meet the needs of all project participants in using component information,and also successfully avoid the problems such as loss and disconnection that may occur during information transfer.The research in this thesis is supported by theory,practiced by cases,the concept of integration,and the physical condition of platform to realize the integration of assembly building component information.It aims to promote the integration and development of assembly building and information technology,and hopes to provide some reference for scholars who study the integrated information management of assembly building components and related enterprises. |
