Research On The Correlation And Application Of Building Information Model And Project Management Data

At present,with the construction of modern large-scale complex projects,long construction period,many construction units,large amount of project information and other characteristics of the project which lead to the difficulty of the project management is greatly increased,in the new situation of the construction industry,the traditional project management has been difficult to adapt to the development needs of the refinement and information.With the rapid development and application of BIM technology in recent years,BIM is considered to be another information revolution in the field of construction.BIM is a digital representation of building facilities with rich data,object-oriented,intelligent and parametric features.The BIM model contains geometric ? physical ? space and other basic information,These basic information provide the information foundation for the project management.BIM technology applied to the traditional project management process is to solve the traditional project management data and BIM data link problem.Based on this,this paper puts forward a project management system based on BIM,which integrates BIM technology,database technology and project management software MS Project.The system establishes the project task according to the requirements of the construction process,and according to the model of the construction materials required of the construction craft to distinguish the task;and then allocates resources for the task,and by extracting the geometric attribute parameters of the task association model component to obtain the task resource configuration according to the unit of measurement of resource data.Finally,the task information is stored in the Access database and project management software MS Project,to achieve the traditional project management data and BIM data link,so the BIM technology applied to the traditional project management.Because there are many uncertain factors in the construction process,the existence of the uncertainty factors often causes the change of the task information.Therefore,the real-time linkage update of the task information is realized in the system,and improve the precision and information management level of the project.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the project management system based on BIM are verified by the engineering example.The practical application shows that the task information obtained through the system can provide the necessary engineering information for the project management,which will help the project manager to make timely and correct management decision.
