Intelligent information review based on BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology is of great significance.However,most of the current BIM model reviews are about the compliance of construction drawings,fire design compliance and other specifications of automated inspection.As a record of the construction process,the construction project document is an important basis for project acceptance and engineering operation and maintenance,and its integration into the BIM model and the intelligent review of integrity are the basic work to ensure the availability of the BIM as-built model.At present,the intelligent review of the completion information model of the integrated engineering documents and other construction information is still relatively lacking,so the research on the integration method of the construction information model of the construction project completion information model and the compliance review mechanism of the completion information model at the completion delivery stage are carried out to provide theoretical support for the intelligent review of the construction project completion information model.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Based on the interpretation of the existing completion acceptance and delivery specifications in the construction project,through the construction of the completion review knowledge ontology,the information and engineering documents required for the completion information model review are uniformly organized,and the reasonable expression of the as-built information model review logic and the semantic level information query are realized with the help of SPARQL(SPARQL protocol and RDF query language)language,and the information of the as-built review element is extracted in a structured manner.Serve as a guideline for the later automated review of content;(2)Based on the Industrial Foundation Classes(IFC)standard,design the custom as-built attributes extended by the IFC standard,propose the mapping relationship between if C fields and physical attributes,integrate the as-built information in the actual project with the help of Revit software,and prepare for the later if C text file derived from the BIM as-built model to obtain the building as-built information and conduct automated review;(3)Based on the integrated attribute information and construction data of the asbuilt information model IFC file,design model attribute extraction and storage method,review the as-built model according to the rules in the review elements and specifications,declare the key points and specific error content of the as-built information detection;review the design regularization elements for the as-built documents,and review the logical rules for the number of design-built documents.(4)Design the as-built information model review platform system and its functions,and feedback the results of the review report generated after the platform is detected to the user,and the user will make the next modification according to the review opinions.Finally,the content,process,and requirements of the as-built deliverables are explained,the data structure of the as-built delivery model is analyzed,the models are digitized,visualized,integrated,etc.,and the feasibility of the review method is verified in combination with the actual engineering cases. |
