In the AEC(architecture,engineering and construction)industry hazard management is a global problem.Imperfect hazards management not only can lead to difficult to achieve project goal,also affect the planning of land use and urban spatial development in the future.Because the using of BIM(building information model)and the rapid development of digital technology related to BIM,The Management of Hazard Based on BIM is to guide the development of the national requirements of hazard management has become a research trend.This paper summarizes the traditional hazards management and the document published of latest technology about hazard management,such as BIM,automatic rule checks,RFID,mobile devices,BIM browser and other hazards management technology and this paper also have a comprehensive inspection and assessment based on the hazards of safety system.This article is based on research of hazard management,the main research content includes:(1)This research realize automatic identification and assessment of hazards based on BIM technology,and establish principles to hazards hierarchy.According to the norms and standards related to the construction safety,combined accidents that may lead to and the divided risk grated according to the principle of classification to summarize a typical hazards listing from construction site.Created encoding rules based on the priority of hazards subject,rules type,number,properties,specification number and clause number.(2)This paper explore the parametric modeling of the model based on Revit and inspection of hazard source based on Navisworks.Based on the BIM model,building the hazard model,and then link the BIM model and the hazard source code database.Realizing the integration of BIM hazard model and hazard information with the help of Navisworks,Fuzor,Iban and Luban BE.(3)Hazard information is collected in real time by means of hazard monitoring system,computer network,RFID,parametric coding and other technologies.To establish the encoding rules database of risk source about construction based on BIM,finally realize the establishment of hazard management system model composed of hazard information collection layer,model building layer,data processing layer,system application layer and system operation layer.To design the operation process of The management system of construction hazard based on BIM in building engineering and analysis data gathered from pilot project to verify the feasibility of the running of the management system model.(4)To Xi'an "Flower City" as the project case,building the integrated hazard BIM comprehensive information model based on Autodesk Revit,Navisworks,Fuzor Iban and Luban BE.On the one hand to realize the hazard management based on mobile application and BIM browser,on the other hand the typical project hazard hole and edge protection as an example,the management system operation process and the inspection report preview interface about hole and edge is designed.According to the report given protective measures,not only shows the protective effect of the BIM information model,also shows the protection effect in the construction site of "Flower City" project.Based on the BIM technology,the feasibility of the construction risk management system is verified by an engineering example.
