Research On Construction Quality Management Of Transformation Project

Quality is the life of the project and the guarantee of the owner’s investment income.Quality is not only related to the function and use value of the project,but also related to national interests and the safety of people’s lives and property.As a power grid enterprise,the power transmission and transformation project is the most important component in the construction work.Entering the 21 st century,electric power construction has developed rapidly,and great achievements have been made in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects.Power transmission and transformation projects have their own particularities.The success or failure of power transmission and transformation projects has a great impact on the economic growth and social development of a country.The quality of the project is not only related to the operation safety of the major equipment in the power grid,but also to the electrical.It is inconceivable that the personal safety of the operators and the inferior construction quality will cause engineering quality accidents or hidden dangers.Therefore,in the construction project of power transmission and transformation projects,we must strengthen the management of construction quality and ensure the implementation.The quality and efficiency of the project will reach the standard.The quality management theory of power transmission and transformation project proposed in this paper aims to solve the quality management problems such as poor construction quality and multi-latent dangers in the current power transmission and transformation project.The construction project of power transmission and transformation is divided into three stages: preparation for construction,construction,acceptance of completion and summary evaluation.The civil construction of substation which is most prone to quality problems is analyzed and studied.The contents,main points and methods of quality management in construction stage are pointed out and used to guide the power transmission and transformation project of ** teaching and research building to construction quality management practice.
