With the rapid development of economy nowadays, the power supply is runningshort and more power plants are required. The construction of transmission andtransformation project is characterized as concentrated capital and technology, longconstruction period and easily affected by project design, manufacturing equipment andambient conditions during the construction. It becomes urgent to figure out how to dealwith the complicated situation, solve problems coming up in the process and makerational schedule.This report first discusses the current status of project management both at homeand abroad to show the related project management theory. Then the methods widelyused and the information system are studied and analyzed.Second, based on the theory and analysis mentioned above combined with featuresof practical construction of transmission and transportation project, working content andmethods applied in the information management of the110KV Wenchang transmissionand transformation project and the detailed working procedure including general andindividual procedures, biding and coordination procedures, contract managementprocedure, completion and acceptance procedure and start-up procedure are studied andanalyzed. Detailed content is divided into sections to build a model based on netmanagement.Third, information management software is introduced and actually used inWenchang transmission and transformation project. |
