This paper takes the quality management of power transmission and transformation engineering as the research direction,summarizes the actual difficulties in the quality management of power grid construction,analyzes the causes and current obstacles.Besides,it analyzes them,defines the key factors for the realization of the Lean construction quality.From the aspects of project construction and project management,this article proposes relevant implementation strategies for the lean construction quality management of power transmission and transformation projects,thereby effectively improving the quality management level and effects of power transmission and transformation projects,and achieving the goal of lean construction quality management.First of all,this paper analyzes the current status of the development of power transmission and transformation projects and its significance to the national society through reading and sorting out the current existing literature on quality management of power transmission and transformation projects.At the same time,this paper analyzes the relationship between quality assurance and safety of power transmission and transformation projects.What’s more,according to the existing literature sorting out the common problems in the quality management,this paper puts forward that the research object is the Lean construction quality managemen.The concepts of electrical engineering and Lean construction quality management are defined.Secondly,the theory of engineering quality management,the theory of Engineering lean management and the basic methods of Lean construction quality management are summarized,and the key points and weak links of lean construction quality management for power transmission and transformation projects are clarified.This paper uses SPSS analysis to preliminarily identify the factors of achieving lean construction quality management through 13 norms and standards involving Nanjing,Yangzhou,Taizhou,Nantong,Huai’an,Suqian,Yancheng,Lianyungang and other places and 26 rounds of quality inspection process data.Through focus group discussion,the factors for achieving lean construction quality management in power transmission and transformation projects were finally clarified.Based on this,through practical case application and engineering experience,a project construction strategy for the realization of lean construction quality management of power transmission and transformation projects with deepened design depth,material and equipment management and engineering entity management is proposed,including personnel management,file management and system specifications.Project management strategy for the implementation of lean construction quality management of power transmission and transformation projects.Finally,in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy,through case analysis,this paper selects the appropriate power transmission and transformation project,applies it to the civil construction and electrical construction process and evaluates the results of Lean construction quality management and puts forward suggestions to optimize Lean construction quality management measures to improve the implementation strategy of Lean construction quality management.The aim of this peper is to provide reference for the follow-up power transmission project Lean construction quality management through this study. |
