Chengdu City Center Waterfront Greenway Space Research

The construction of Greenway not only provides many conveniences for citizens to travel,but also improves the living environment of citizens.As an area with high density of buildings and population,the construction of Greenway is restricted by many factors,such as land use,landscape,transportation and so on.So how to construct greenway according to local conditions and make overall planning of urban resources to meet the use needs of urban residents is an important issue in urban greenway planning and construction.Among them,the urban waterfront area,as a linear area in the city,has a unique advantage in the construction of greenway.It is one of the representative greenways because of its unique combination and utilization with water system.At present,the planning and construction of greenways in Chengdu is proceeding on a large scale and at a high speed,but the construction of greenways around the high speed around the city is the main one.Because of the complexity of the construction and the long time of putting into use,the green road in the central city,especially in the third ring road,provides a vivid research case for this paper.In the first three chapters of this paper,firstly,the concept and related theories of waterfront Greenway in urban central area are studied;secondly,the users of waterfront Greenway in urban central area are classified,and their behavior characteristics and behavior demand characteristics are analyzed,and according to the relevant theories of waterfront Greenway in urban central area,the relevant theories are summarized and sorted out.The organization and layout of the waterfront greenway space in the central urban area have made clear the issues that should be paid attention to in the future research.Chapter Four summarizes the basic situation of the river system and the construction of the Greenway in Chengdu,and then analyzes the relationship between the greenway along the Jinjiang River and the urban traffic,the social functions undertaken,the overall ecological landscape pattern,the inheritance of history and humanity,and the spatial characteristics of the greenway along the typical section of the third ring road in Chengdu.Along the Jinjiang greenway,there are the following successes and shortcomings.Finally,according to the previous research,the fifth chapter summarizes the existing problems of the waterfront greenway along Jinjiang River in the Third Ring Road of Chengdu from macro level to medium level,and tries to put forward corresponding optimization strategies combined with the excellent practice cases at home and abroad.
