Cultural Module Design For Customizable Glass Tempering Equipment Systems

The development of glass tempering equipment products,large multi-hearted evolution in technology,ignoring product design.Aesthetics and design usually refer only to the product itself,and the product is insufficient in terms of corporate culture and regional cultural characteristics.Designing and researching culture as a module,using modular design methods,in the glass tempering equipment industry,the design of culture into products is the focus and purpose of this research.Based on the modular design theory,this paper studies the culture as an independent unit module,summarizes certain design processes and methods,and injects cultural elements into the design of glass tempering equipment.First,analyze the connotation of the cultural module,analyze the corporate culture and regional culture through module division,and summarize the content and characteristics of the cultural module.Secondly,according to the general process of product system modular design,the cultural module design process of the product system is derived,the cultural module design method is analyzed,the enterprise culture module design,the regional culture module design are separately selected,the design elements of the cultural module are summarized,and the product basic design is combined.Elements,through research and evaluation,output product culture module design positioning,summarizing product culture module design principles.Finally,taking the enterprise products of Yuntong as an example to carry out the cultural module design practice of glass tempered products,respectively carrying out the cultural module design and product basic design of the products,summarizing the design elements,passing the factor evaluation,outputting the product specific design positioning and guiding the product culture.The specific design of the module,complete the product design practice and verification,design a glass tempering equipment product that can both express the corporate culture characteristics and regional cultural characteristics.This paper takes culture as a module for design research,and provides a feasible design method and process for designing cultural elements into tempering equipment withmodular design methods,guiding the specific design practice of the cultural module of the product system,and Designs for other similar products provide design references.
