The important symbol of national social civilization degree and development level is its cultural development, but with the rapid development of national economy, the phenomenon brought about such as the cultural loss and much waste of cultural resources become more and more serious, the country has realized this point. Since reform and opening up, more and more related departments have began to pay attention to the protection and digging work of cultural resources. In recent years, the national decisions on the promotion of culture development and prosperity have been pushing the emergence of regional culture researches with the regional economic social and cultural development as dominant position and the focus and development of regional historic and regional culture in all provinces and cities. Researches based on the development of regional culture also provide ideological guarantee, spiritual power, intellectual support and industrial support. Meanwhile, the surge of regional cultural researches also led to the development of cultural tourism industry and brought about a wave of “tourism”. The creative products of tourism developed by the regional cultural researches not only attract the eyes of a number of tourists but also greatly promote the development of tourist economy in many regions.Hubei province has unique regional cultural characteristics among national numerous cultural resources, such as the Chu culture originating in Hubei, and the three kingdoms culture. The paper took the “CaoYu culture” of Qianjiang in Hubei province as main research object, and made analysis and deign from five parts:(1) The background, objective, innovative point and methods of the research topic(1st chapter), introducing the background environment of the topic regional culture and the objective and significance of the research and how to develop the tourist cultural creative products methods with the regional cultural characteristics of “CaoYu culture” of Qianjiang in Hubei provice.(2)investigate and analyze the present status of regional culture(2nd chapter), mainly analyzing the development status of domestic regional culture and the regional cultural research under international perspective and its impact, value of times brought about and existing problems.(3) analyze the status and meaning of tourist creative products based on regional culture, investigated and analyzed the tourist creative products in domestic market, and put forward successful cases and the problems existing in the present tourist creative products.(4) based on the “CaoYu culture” of Qianjiang in Hubei province, proposed the thoughts and methods of design, determined the design positioning(4th and 5th chapter). Combining the regional cultural industry resources of Hubei Qianjiang and characteristic cultural tourist resources, integrating the regional culture theory and practice, based on the design point of “CaoYu culture”, made positioning, design and development research of the tourist creative products.(5) summarize the shortcomings with the research case of creative products design of “CaoYu culture”.(6th chapter)Unique regional culture could greatly enrich the spiritual world of human beings. With the digging point of “CaoYu culture” of Qianjiang, we hope the characteristic regional culture of Qianjiang could be deeply studied, leading the development of local tourism, economy and culture, creating the local cultural celebrity brands out of Hubei Province and all over China, building the advanced culture with national socialism and creating the more meaningful value of the times.
