| The National Fitness Center of Suizhong County is a public welfare program.The construction of this program greatly promoted the development level of national fitness of Suizhong County.Furthermore,it improved the urban function and ensured the further development of the economy.The construction of subsidiary facilities of Suizhong National Fitness Center can effectively promote the implementation of the Regulations on National Fitness Programs and the extensive development of national fitness activities.The organization of competitive sports and the relax fitness activities can cultivate the aesthetic consciousness and sport interest of people which can enhance the interpersonal communication and enrich the cultural life.This can also effectively improve the physical quality and spiritual outlook of the whole town,thus maximizing the efficiency of work and promoting the economic and social progress of the county.Therefore,it has positive social significance.Based on this background,it is necessary to do sufficient job of the construction project risk identification and analysis its response in the construction process of Suizhong County National Fitness Center which can usefully minimize the probability of the construction project risk and the loss caused by the risk,so as to ensure the healthy operation of the project.This paper will firstly expound the theory and comb,summarize the theory of construction project risk management which could provide theoretical guidance for the empirical study using in this paper.Secondly,this paper mainly introduces the basic situation of Suizhong County National FitnessCenter construction project and the application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify and assess the risk of the project and providing data support for the further management.In this paper,the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to identify the risk of Suizhong County National Fitness Center construction projects,and provide the detailed analysis of the risk evaluation outcome.Furthermore,it provide evidences for the risk control manager.Quantitative analysis shows that the main risk,general risk and minor risk of the project,and the project as a whole in the "general risk" category,has great feasibility.Finally,it puts forward strategies and measures for risk identification,analysis and evaluation of the project. |
