With the rapid development of China's economy and the sharp increase in private cars,urban buses have not been able to satisfy people's travel problems,and this has also led to the current congestion of traffic and the serious environmental pollution problems.In order to reduce travel pressure and facilitate people's travel modes,the state and local governments have increased investment in transportation infrastructure facilities.More and more cities are starting to build subways.The subway has long construction period,large scale,complicated technology and complex surrounding environment.In the process of building the subway,various aspects may change.The risk is inevitable and needs to be studied.In the process of building the subway,all aspects may change,which will inevitably be affected by various factors in the actual operation of the project.The impact,coupled with hydrology,surrounding environment and geological conditions,determines the high risk of subway construction.Therefore,the risk evaluation research on the second phase of Beijing Metro Line 10 has important practical significance for the smooth implementation of the project.This paper takes the second phase of Beijing Metro Line 10 as the research object to discuss the risk assessment research in engineering construction.Based on the actual problems encountered in the construction process and the previous experience of subway construction risk management,this paper takes the Beijing Metro Line 10 project as the main research object and evaluates its risks.Firstly,the general situation of the project is introduced,mainly from the aspects of construction quality,schedule and environment.Based on this,the risk-related theory is used to analyze the Beijing Metro Line 10 project.This paper focuses on three aspects: risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.For risk identification,it mainly refers to the identification of possible risks in the construction process,and builds relevant evaluation systems based on them.For risk assessment,it is mainly to deal with the uncertainty of construction risk.By investigating the experts to determine the risk factors,and then establishing the corresponding risk assessment model,in the process of model construction,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and hierarchy can be used.A variety of evaluation methods,such as analytical methods,are used to ensure the accuracy of the results.For the risk response,in this paper,the results of the above two aspects are mainly combined,and the actual construction conditions of the research examples are fully considered,and the risk assessment index system is analyzed according to the established,and the corresponding response policies are established to properly solve the actual construction.A series of problems in the process.Therefore,in the research process of this paper,the actual situation of the main body will be taken as the starting point,and a variety of theories will be used to explore,and the risk evaluation index system,risk evaluation results and risk response of Beijing Metro Line 10 project are obtained.
