For enterprises have a stronger market competitiveness, it is necessary to avoid the risk factors in the management process. So, how various risk factors arising in the course of enterprise management effective control, has become a hot research of domestic and overseas. This paper summarizes the results of reference on the basis of existing research, from the perspective of the construction unit, the study investigated a series of measures for controlling risk construction management implementation process which carried out the pros and cons, according to the project in phases, sub-time, sub-site implementation Features, taking the conventional means of risk control at the same time, the risks that may exist in different periods "key" type of approach to overcome and control, and ultimately to control risk.
