| The pace of life has accelerated in today’s society, more and more people go to work and study in medium-sized cities. This leads to more traffic congestion in a city, previous carrying capacity has been far from satisfying the condition now. Basing on this, the "green transport"-subway came into being. The world’s first subway is built in London. Its entire body is towed by a steam locomotive. The first subway in China has been successful constructed in October1969.The facts tell us that various cities in our country begin to construct the subway. When all the cities focus on constructing, the risk emerged. For example, the Shanghai Metro Line4gushing sand tunnel accident occurred on July1,2003. Causing structural damage and ground broken, the direct economic loss is150million yuan. Today, the subway under construction in Dalian has gradually collapsed. In response to these phenomena, the purpose of this paper is to identify these risks, judge risk level and set risk response strategies. In this paper, a Case of Dalian, Changchun Road Station has been quoted. Its structure is decomposed4first level indexes,12two level indexs. The ANP is an effective combination of triangular fuzzy theory and network analysis methods. It breaks the traditional project risk assessment mindset. From the new perspective-ANP study the project risk assessment. It has enriched the project risk management theory. |
