At present, with the rapid development of China's national economy , the construction of the building of our country shows the trend of rapid growth. At the same time, construction projects have the great features such as the great capital investment and a long time building. During the construction, a lot of factors will be encountered , it may be make the participants of the project facing a lot of risk during the process. If this will not be prevented, it would bring the owners, contractors and other participants serious consequences. For these reasons, the establishment of a construction project risk management system for discovering the risk and early warning it is urgent, and under this background the construction project risk management system is bring forward. In this paper, from the construction projects start with a basic knowledge of risk, Discussed in detail the construction of early warning of risk management and risk related to theoretical knowledge; Analysis of risk factors for construction projects; Summed up the risks of construction projects to identify commonly used methods; And system-level analysis of the mathematical model to determine the value of the indicators to judge the consistency of the matrix and tested methods and procedures; The risk of construction projects in accordance with the settings, set up early warning level of construction risk analysis model; and in accordance with examples of multi-objective indicators of value, not only for the proposed AHP model is validated, but also a variety of risk factors early warning, and the corresponding development of targeted responses. All in all, the main thrust of this paper is to provide an effective early warning methods and a scientific basis for the construction of risk management so that to promote the stable development of the construction market.
