In recent years,the output value of the construction industry has repeatedly hit record highs and has gradually developed into an important industry in the national economy.With the rapid development of our country’s economy,small and medium-sized construction enterprises have also entered a stage of rapid development.They have seen small and medium-sized construction enterprises in accelerating the urbanization process,promoting urban-rural integration,and road and bridge construction.It is a national economic construction Contributed a very important force.However,in the process of their rapid development,small and medium-sized construction enterprises have also produced a series of problems that cannot be ignored,such as: extensive enterprise management,low economic efficiency,insufficient innovation ability,and backward technological equipment.Therefore,in order to change the situation faced by small and medium-sized construction enterprises,improving their core competitiveness is an urgent problem.Because only by forming the core competitiveness in line with the development of the enterprise,can we fundamentally strengthen the strength of the enterprise and enhance the value of the enterprise,and gradually achieve sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.First of all,this article reviews and introduces domestic and foreign literature on the core competitiveness of enterprises and related theoretical foundations,and lays a theoretical foundation for further research.Secondly,it analyzes the competitive environment,competitive structure,and core competitiveness of small and medium-sized construction enterprises in China.Common problems and challenges facing construction companies,the current situation of the urgent need to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is proposed,but to enhance the core competitiveness must be targeted,using a quantifiable evaluation method to evaluate the core competitiveness,based on the evaluation results The promotion strategy can achieve the effect.Once again,it introduces the core competitiveness evaluation indicators and evaluation models.Through analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method,it is finally determined to use a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the core competitiveness of the enterprise and construct an evaluation.model.Finally,the empirical analysis proves the feasibility of the research method,that is,the AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the core competitiveness of A construction company.Specific measures for culture,improving construction capacity,perfecting capital control,and focusing on personnel trainingThe research content of this article has a specific guiding role for A’s construction company to improve its core competitiveness.It is hoped that it will have some reference and reference value for other similar small and medium-sized construction companies to improve their core competitiveness and can build their own unique core competitiveness.To achieve sustainable and healthy corporate development.
