Research On Quality Management Of Pile Foundation Construction Of HYH Urban Complex Project

In the process of construction,the role of construction quality management is very important,related to the quality of the final results,is an extremely critical link.Pile foundation bears the main load of superstructure transmitted from the foundation.According to the different construction environment,it is more complex and professional.The quality of pile foundation project has a great impact on the construction project.The high quality and completion of pile foundation project are the foundation for the completion of the house construction project on schedule and qualified.The quality management of pile foundation construction will directly affect the economic and social benefits of the whole construction project.In view of the complexity,specialty and process of pile foundation construction quality management,this paper applies Lean Six Sigma Management(lean and 6? to the pile foundation construction quality improvement of HYH urban complex project.Firstly,this paper analyzes and evaluates the construction influencing factors and construction quality indexes.On this basis,the system improvement is carried out according to the improvement process of lean and 6?quality management.This paper analyzes the possible problems and the causes of these problems in the process of pile foundation construction,selects the solutions of each quality problem in the construction process of bored pile foundation project through the pick diagram method,and successfully solves the quality problems in the construction process of bored pile foundation.Through the comparative analysis of the quality problems in the construction process of bored pile foundation,it can be seen that the construction quality problems in HYH urban complex pile foundation project are obviously reduced after the improvement of lean and 6?quality management method.The successful application of lean and 6? quality management method in pile foundation engineering provides a reference for the application of this method in other pile foundation construction management process,which is conducive to guiding the quality management of other construction projects.
