Analysis And Discussion Of Industrial Construction Pile Project Management Problems

Pile foundation is the first step of a construction project. Since the object of pile foundation is soil, and soil genesis different in different regions, which leading to very different geological conditions, the process of pile construction are complexity and professional compared with the construction and installation, also the construction is more difficult. Therefore, the influence of the quality and progress of a pile foundation is decisive, which means the successful completion of the pile foundation is the basis for the whole project putting into operation in compliance with standard on schedule. In addition, because the fierce competition of tender, many construction units win the tender in low price. Then adopt reasonable and effective project management approach determines whether the project can achieve the desired objectives.This paper summarizes the process management, including the general idea of project management, human resource management, quality and safety management, in the implementation stage of a gas-fired power plant project. In the general idea of project management section, the features and difficulties of the project are analyzed and the overall project management ideas are summarized; In the human resource management section, the establishment of the project organization, staff motivation and performance appraisal are described; The project quality management section mainly summarizes the establishment of quality assurance system and quality assurance measures; The project safety management section mainly describes the safety management system, quantitative analysis of risk factors, and safety management measures. Finally, the management practice of pile project section summers up the practices experience and inspiration of pile project management.Limited by the length of the thesis, only human resource management, quality management and safety management are summarized, and not all content of the pile project management involves are listed in this paper. By the summary and conclusion of the application of success management methods, the paper makes useful exploration of management methods and plays a valuable role in constantly enriching and refining the content of pile foundation project management.
