| With the continuous advancement of urbanization and the continuous intensification of land resource planning,high-rise buildings and underground business districts are becoming more and more popular in cities,and the characteristics of large-scale foundation pit engineering,deep excavation and complex environment are becoming more and more obvious.However,deep foundation pit projects are affected by multiple construction processes,long periods,unreasonable support structure design,complex underground environment,and backward construction quality management.As a result,deep foundation pit construction often has foundation pit bottom uplift and slope deformation Quality problems such as collapse of support and support will not only cause economic losses and schedule delays to the project,but also cause casualties and negative social impacts.The thesis first introduces the related concepts of deep foundation pit engineering,construction quality management of construction engineering and Six Sigma management,focusing on the process of deep foundation pit construction,technical points and the identification and classification process of factors affecting the quality of deep foundation pit construction.The WBS-RBS structural matrix of factors affecting the construction quality of foundation pits distinguishes,screens and classifies the quality factors of each stage of deep foundation pit construction.Secondly,build a Six Sigma management system suitable for construction quality management of deep foundation pit projects,respectively detailing the main tasks in the five links of definition,measurement,analysis,improvement,and control,as well as possible tools and techniques.Finally,the paper adopts the model of case evaluation,and applies the built six sigma management system to the construction quality management of the deep foundation pit project of Pingshan Shimao Plaza Phase II.The pile construction of the supporting system is regarded as the evaluation object for quality management improvement.Six Sigma’s DMAIC process management system systematically improves construction quality management;Through comparative analysis with the supporting pile construction of surrounding projects,it is concluded that after the application of Six Sigma management,the quality problems of the supporting cast-in-place piles of the deep foundation pit project of Pingshan Shimao Plaza Phase II have been significantly reduced,and the pass rate of one-time pile formation has been significantly improved.Construction costs have been optimized and construction management efficiency has been improved.The successful application of six sigma management in the foundation pit project of Pingshan Shimao Plaza Phase II provides a reference for the application of this method in the foundation pit engineering of other projects,and also provides an idea for the use of this method in other stages of construction construction quality management. |
