Space Metamorphosis

With the rapid development of the social economy,China's urban structure has gradually begun to transform,leading to the emergence of a large number of abandoned industrial buildings.Many waste factories were located at the edge of the city at the beginning of construction.As the scale of urban construction continued to expand,waste factories were gradually circled into the center of the city.The low-rise,dilapidated waste factory buildings are incompatible with the surrounding high-rise buildings and bustling commercial buildings,and they are no longer integrated,affecting the development and overall appearance of the city.Affected by factors such as policies,capital and market demand,the abandoned factories occupying the city's expensive land resources have not been fully recognized,sorted and updated by people,and have become an urgent need for many cities to complete industrial transformation and modernization.A roadblock is extremely unsustainable for sustainable development.A large number of waste factories are facing non-continuous construction such as closure and demolition.Even some historically commemorative industrial sites have gradually disappeared,causing unnecessary waste and loss.Therefore,the research on the reconstruction and reuse of waste factories has far-reaching significance from economic,environmental protection,historical context and urban development.This thesis focuses on the reuse of waste workshops,and through the collection and collation of a large number of journal articles,field research,case analysis and other means to form a re-recognition of the waste factory.Exploring the space transformation strategy from the meaning of the waste factory building,combining with certain ecological and environmental protection,market vitality and other aspects,trying to explore the attitude of the waste factory building to rejuvenate through the design practice of a waste factory building in Xi'an.There are a total of 43 maps,a total of 1 tables,and a total of 50 references.
