Research On Functional Reconstruction Design Of Waste Industrial Buildings In Harbin

Since the second half of the 20 th century,a large number of abandoned factories have been left unattended in important sections of the city.Dismantling these waste factories undoubtedly needs to consume a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,its transformation and reuse,is the embodiment of the new concept of green design today.How to deal with these waste factories or to carry on the design transformation and reuse has become an increasingly prominent problem in modern cities.In this article,through access to all kinds of architectural design and the related data,the success of the old industrial base and reform at home and abroad for reference,and experience,through the formulation and rebuilding of old plant adapted to strategy and method,follow the principle of sustainable development theory,in-depth design practice and theoretical research,and combined with the feature of the regional culture of Harbin,Comprehensive study status of old buildings in Harbin old industrial bases and reuse situation,combined with Harbin waste plant conditions and the basis of the environmental impact factors,to Harbin insulation materials plant waste plant as the research object,through field investigation,analysis of how the old industrial base of old building design and reuse again,finally to adapt themselves to the reconstruction design scheme is put forward.The paper points out that under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,it is necessary to carry out effective reconstruction design under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development to inherit and protect the historical industrial and cultural values,and to consider various factors comprehensively.To deepen the Harbin waste plant technical innovation strategy,actively introduce Shared space concept,combined with the contemporary architectural design,interior design and environment design and other related theory,analysis and design innovation in old industrial base of waste plant design and reuse the value and role of again,can put forward finally the design concept of combining the ecological design and ecological design,In order to provide a valuable reference for the design of urban waste factory renovation.
