With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process, the contradiction between industrial sites and cities has also been reflected.Domestic scholars have also realized this problem. In 2006,the "Wuxi Proposal" for protecting industrial heritage was passed in Wuxi, greatly increasing the attention paid to industrial heritage protection in China. The Ningbo Fishing Boat Factory was also included in the first batch of historical buildings(industrial heritage category)by the Ningbo Municipal Government. However, for more than 20 years, the Ningbo Fishing Boat Factory Site has not been properly planned and renovated.Based on the fact that the Fishing Boat Factory Site is located in the core area of Sanjiangkou in Ningbo City, its abandoned state has seriously affected the urban landscape of Ningbo. Therefore, there is an urgent need to conduct research on the protection and reuse landscape design of the Ningbo Fishing Vessel Factory site. This research topic is based on the perspective of post industrial landscape, with the Ningbo Fishing Vessel Factory Site as the research object,to explore the principles and strategies of its protection and reuse design.Firstly, the theoretical research and practice related to the protection and reuse of industrial sites both domestically and internationally will be reviewed.Famous cases will be analyzed and summarized, and the relevant concepts of industrial sites and post industrial landscapes will be elaborated;Secondly,by reviewing materials and conducting on-site investigations, this paper elaborates on the ship culture, the "Three Rivers and Six Banks" urban planning, and the location, history, and current situation of the Ningbo Fishery Ship Factory Site.It analyzes the problems existing in the Ningbo Fishery Ship Factory Site, proposes the renovation value of the Fishery Ship Factory Site, explores its design positioning and principles, and formulates methods and strategies for the protection and reuse of the Ningbo Fishery Ship Factory Site,And complete the specific design plan. |
