Study On Logistics Management Assessment And Improvement Of Certain Overseas Engineering Project

In recent years,“A” company has devoted to expanding its overseas projects market and having won bidding certain foreign engineering project.However,there is a deviation between understanding the logistics management work and the actual situation.The daily logistics work has not conducted smoothly which get unsatisfying result in the logistics management area.At last,it possibly affects the project to satisfy related contractual requirement only because that logistics work could not be fulfilled.Therefore,it is essential to fully improve logistics management of “A” company’s certain overseas project.Firstly,based on analyzing relevant theories of logistics management of overseas engineering projects,together with the actual situation of the logistics management of overseas engineering projects,this thesis analyzes and identifies the main influence factor of the logistics management of certain overseas engineering projects.In order to evaluate the effect of logistics management of certain overseas engineering projects,the evaluation index system for the effect of logistics management on overseas engineering projects is built using the Delphi method on the basis of identification and analysis of main influence factor of logistics management of overseas engineering projects.Moreover,this thesis establishes an evaluation model of overseas engineering projects logistics management through using the AHP and Fuzzy Math Evaluation.Based on the above evaluation model,the thesis conducts empirical study on the logistics management effect and existing issues through case study of its certain overseas project.Finally,the thesis summarizes the measures for logistics management improvement of "A" company certain overseas project in the following five aspects: project environment,logistics progress management,third party logistics,logistics finance management and related project management.In conclusion,the research establishes and utilizes effect assessment model to make assessment on the logistics management effect of certain project,and relevant improvement measures have been raised accordingly.This study could increase the logistics management of that project efficiency in all aspects,and plays an important role in improving the quality and level of logistics management.
