Study Of Overseas Contracted Engineering Projects Risk Management Process For FCB(Fourteenth Construction Bureau)

With the national "going out" and "the Belt and Road" strategy has been deepening,the implementation of overseas contracted projects risk management is gradually more and more domestic construction enterprises are concerned about a large number of Chinese enterprises to go abroad to serve the national strategic development needs.How to systematically manage the risk of overseas contracted project has become an important issue in front of the engineering enterprises.The research and popularization of the risk management system of overseas contracted projects is of great significance necessary to the healthy development of foreign contracting business and the improvement of enterprise brand competitiveness.This paper studies the risk management system of the Fourteenth Construction Bureau for Overseas Contracted Projects,points out the shortcomings of risk management at present and provides the direction of improvement.This paper first through the literature survey to get the risk management should have the general process and technical tools.Secondly,it is about the three years of the FCB’s overseas contracted risk management of the relevant documents and management of the work process to investigate and organize the current FCB’s overseas contracted project risk management process and the corresponding use of some of the technology,And points out the shortcomings of current risk management.Thirdly,the author puts forward that the risk management of the overseas contracted engineering projects should provide a perfect external risk management process,and provide the most suitable improvement plan for the shortcomings of the risk management process.Finally,this paper summarizes and advises on the research results of the risk management process of the FCB.The results of this study have practical significance for the perfection and healthy operation of the risk management process of the overseas contracted projects of FCB,and also have some reference value for the construction and operation of the project risk management system.
