| In promoting the Belt and Road Initiative,Chinese infrastructure construction companies are becoming more and more involved in the construction of overseas projects,and have been oriented from low-price contracting in the past towards high-quality sustainable development.In order to improve both the overall management level and delicacy management,establish a good corporate image,and realize the sustainable development in the local area,it is imperative for the Chinese overseas engineering contractors to improve the localization management.Firstly,this article uses the document investigation method,quantitative and qualitative analysis method to analyze the related concepts and theories of China’s overseas projects,overseas engineering contractors,and localization management etc,in an effort to analyze the development status of Chinese overseas engineering contractors.Furthermore,it summarizes the problems of Chinese overseas engineering contractors in the localized management with the specialty of the localization management of those contractors taken into consideration.Secondly,this article,by summarizes relevant researches,initially established the localization management evaluation index system of Chinese overseas engineering contractors.Then collects data by Likert scale questionnaire survey to test and optimize the above index system,and carry out the content analyze one by one.Finally,based on the evaluation index system,this article collects data by questionnaire survey,calculates the weight of each indicator with the aid of YAAHP analytic hierarchy process software and the overall score of the localization level of C Group Nigeria Limited and the score of each indicator through the fuzzy comprehensive calculation function of the software,and eventually,proposes specific measures to improve the company’s localized management targeting the corresponding shortcomings according to these scores,providing references for future related researches. |
