Study On Selection Of Third-party Logistics Suppliers For Overseas Engineering Projects X

With the development of the national "One Belt And One Road" initiative,China’s overseas engineering contracting enterprises have developed rapidly,which also reflects the expansion strength of Chinese enterprises in international engineering business.However,in the current world pattern and competitive environment,overseas engineering projects need to grasp the competitive advantages in all aspects,so most companies begin to focus on the project logistics as the "third source of profit".However,overseas engineering projects involve various kinds of material transportation and have complicated requirements,which put forward higher requirements for logistics.At present,the material transportation of most overseas engineering projects depends on the third party,so how to choose the third party logistics supplier scientifically is one of the important issues that overseas engineering companies pay attention to now.In view of the selection of third-party logistics suppliers for the X overseas engineering project of China Railway Construction International Group,this paper conducts research by combining theory with project practice.In terms of theoretical research,related theories and methods of engineering logistics in overseas projects are sorted out to provide scientific guidance for the selection of suppliers for the future heritage flow.Firstly,it expounds the basic theories of engineering logistics in overseas projects.Then,in view of the third-party logistics supplier selection problem,the relevant theoretical research and selection process as well as the existing research literature are sorted out,and the third party logistics supplier rating method based on intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method is determined.In terms of project practice,from two aspects of material characteristics to transporting path in-depth research of overseas project X third party logistics supplier selection problems and needs,found that the overseas logistics supplier selection criteria in a single project,service of low priority selection principle,caused the material damage and the lag of transportation project,brought great economic losses to enterprises.Therefore,based on the sorting of theoretical methods and project research,this paper is committed to improving the evaluation system based on project reality.Industry experts are invited to evaluate and score alternative logistics suppliers,and then the best third-party logistics supplier selection results are given based on the intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method.Finally,the comparative index table is designed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system of third-party logistics suppliers and the selection scheme.By studying the third-party logistics supplier selection of X overseas engineering project of China Railway Construction International Group,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of logistics supplier selection and the logistics supplier selection model,and applies it to the SⅡ period of X overseas engineering project,which provides certain guidance for the project decision-making.
