Research On Logistics Cost Management Of Overseas EPC Engineering Photovoltaic Projects Of P Company

In recent years,under the stratage "GO GLOBAL" and “ONE BELT ONE ROAD” of Chinese goverment,the companies related to engineering constracting of China are also positively to develop contracting project abroad,espcially for overseas EPC PV projects.Comparing to thermal power station project and hydraulic power station project,photovoltaic power station project has shorter construction period and lower construction costs.Because of most of main equipment were supplied from China,so comparing to the domestic photovoltaic projects,overseas PV projects has to give me attention on logistics management.Logistics costs like a hidden iceberg under the sea.In this thesis,we will make a simple research about logistics costs for overseas EPC photovoltaic power station project mainly through the theoretical and case study.It's mainly to providing logistics management advice in overseas EPC photovoltaic project for these contracting engineering companies which inexperienced or haven't formulate a complete logistics process.In this Article,it will bring a simple introduction about the logistics of overseas EPC photovoltaic power station project fistly,and then analyze impact factors for logistics cost,then analyze the logistics cost of foreign contract engineering enterprise through practical cases.And article will focusing on three section of the logistics pv project,which include domestics section,international section and foreign section.It's aimed to do a research about logistics management from the costs and then make some suggestion regarding how to manage the logistics via control its costs.
