Research On Optimization And Application Of Bid Evaluation Methods For Engineering Projects

Bidding is a product of high economic development.As a fair and open preferential trading method,it is now widely used in various projects and has become an international practice.Since the 1980 s in China,the bidding system has been continuously improved and developed,and gradually formed its own bidding norms and laws.With the continuous advancement of the complete bidding system,the bid evaluation method has gradually become the top priority for ensuring the smooth progress of bidding.The scientific evaluation method can not only make the whole project bidding work efficient,but also compare the various conditions of the bidders,and optimize the winning bidder with the highest comprehensive strength to ensure the project duration and quality.In order to seek better quality evaluation methods,this paper based on the theory of bidding at home and abroad in recent years,currently in use in China were summarized and evaluated system of bidding and bid evaluation methods,sums up the current our country is using the characteristics of evaluation methods,sums up the applicability of the commonly used evaluation methods,and through the example of comparative analysis of the current research is more fuzzy evaluation method,grey correlation method and genetic algorithm in the application of engineering project evaluation,concluded the advantages and disadvantages of various methods for the evaluation through inductive genetic algorithm and projection pursuit model is the traditional evaluation indexes and evaluation methods of optimization in general.On this basis,the paper through the calculation of actual case,considering the evaluation model and evaluation index on the basis of the qualitative index into quantitative indexes,and the fitness function,and using Matlab software to the operation of genetic algorithm,get the optimal projection direction and the optimal projection value and sorting,the evaluation results are obtained.The research contents and conclusions of this paper are of certain reference value to perfect the bid evaluation method,perfect the bidding system and make the bidding and bidding fair and just.
