With the development of new energy vehicles,the power battery industry continues to grow.The continuous integration of the industrial chain,the entry of foreign enterprises,and the turbulence of the international situation have all intensified the competition in the industry.Procurement,as the main link in production and manufacturing,plays a significant role in the management level of enterprises.When procurement risk events occur,they often have a significant impact on power battery manufacturing enterprises.The core of this study is to construct a procurement risk evaluation index system for power battery manufacturing enterprises,evaluate the procurement risk level of power battery enterprises,and propose countermeasures for the current main procurement risks to improve the enterprise’s business capabilities.This article mainly conducts the following research work:Firstly,based on the existing relevant literature research,some power battery procurement risk assessment indicators are extracted.Based on the Grounded theory,relevant risk assessment indicators are extracted from the interviews with power battery practitioners.Combined with the above two parts,a preliminary indicator system for power battery procurement risk assessment is obtained.A survey questionnaire was distributed for the preliminary indicator system to determine the effectiveness of the indicators.SPSS data processing software was used to conduct correlation analysis and on the questionnaire data.Correlation analysis screened out indicators with high repeatability,ultimately obtaining the procurement risk evaluation indicator system for power battery enterprises.Secondly,using projection pursuit and accelerated genetic algorithm,based on the idea of dimension reduction,the purchase evaluation data of multidimensional and non normal distribution are reduced to one-dimensional space,and the purchase risk evaluation model of power battery enterprises is established.This model has been applied for the first time to the procurement evaluation of power battery enterprises,which to some extent enriches the industry evaluation method database.The projection values obtained from the evaluation of the projection pursuit model are divided into evaluation levels based on the idea of the quarter method,providing decision-making basis for decision-makers.Comparing the evaluation model proposed in this thesis with traditional projection pursuit model and AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in terms of data error and change trend,the superiority of the evaluation method proposed in this thesis is demonstrated.Finally,based on the results of the projection pursuit model mentioned earlier,risk response strategies are proposed for risk factors with higher indicator weights.The research expands the theoretical system of procurement evaluation by exploring the procurement risk evaluation index system for power battery enterprises.Applying the projection pursuit evaluation model to the risk assessment of power battery procurement can enhance the procurement risk response ability of power battery enterprises,thereby improving the performance of procurement management.It can also provide certain reference significance for relevant research on procurement risk management in other industries.
