Research On The Systematic Application Of BIM Technology In The Whole Life Of Construction Engineering

The emergence of BIM technology accelerates the process of architectural engineering information and improves the efficiency and benefit of the construction project.Although some large construction projects have made the application and development of BIM technology,they are all phased or fragmented applications.The whole life period information of the construction project can not be effectively shared and converted,and the value of BIM technology can not be maximized.In view of this situation,the paper makes an exploratory study on the systematic application of BIM technology in the whole life of construction engineering through the methods of literature research,system analysis and real-time attention and exploration to the development of BIM.Firstly,this paper analyzes and defines the related concepts involved in this study,and then analyzes the implementation mode of BIM technology,and puts forward three models of self-development,direct purchase and lease.While analyzing the three models.considering the dominant position of the owner,it is concluded that the landlord lease mode is the most beneficial to the systematic application of BIM technology in the whole life period;Secondly,through the analysis and research of the BIM standardized application data platform,the business process based on the thought of "process reengineering" and the target system of the BIM data platform.This paper constructs a systematic application framework of "one body and two wings" BIM technology,so that the information passed into the BIM system is associated with the target system with linkage through the BIM data platform.The real-time transmission and update of BIM information and the continuous feedback of the target system make the objectives of each stage of the business process continuously optimized,thus promoting the construction project objectives to achieve the global optimum;Finally,this paper makes a concrete implementation plan on how to realize the systematic application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle of construction engineering,at the same time,gives the relevant suggestions and evaluation on the guarantee measures of systematic application of BIM technology.The research of this paper provides a theoretical framework and train of thought for the systematic application of BIM technology in the whole life period of construction engineering,which has certain theoretical value and practical significance,and can provide a certain theoretical reference for engineering practice.
