With the rapid development of economy,large-span steel structure in a variety of sports venues,theaters,airports and other public buildings have been widely used,Improve the overall construction technology as a new type of long-span steel structure installation method,The application research of the lifting project can play an effective role in promoting the development of the technology.This article first through the relevant literature at home and abroad,analyzed and summarized the advantages of Improve the overall construction technology and the need to study and solve the difficulties at this stage.The advantages are that the structure is not limited by weight,span and so on,and the lifting is not limited by lifting height and lifting the site size,the upgraded component can be assembled on the ground,less aerial working,and the welding quality is ensured;the computer lifting system has high automatization and stability.The difficult point to be solved in the present stage lies in the selection and checking of the lifting scheme,and the monitoring technique and the monitoring method of the internal force and deformation of the structure and the supporting structure are not mature enough.The synchronization control of the whole lifting needs to be improved;and because of the equipment,installation and other factors,the accuracy of overall ascension tends to deviate.The whole lifting project of the steel structure corridor of the Guomao Financial Center in Xiamen,the steel structure corridor is large,the installation height is high,the ordinary hoisting construction method is difficult to realize.At the same time,the construction of steel structure Corridor single component weight,welding quality,high precision requirements;the projection position of the steel corridor is in the top of the skirt building,Therefore,cannot be assembled on the ground,need to set up a steel structure installation platform on the roof of the skirt,after the overall lifting in place,the main truss corresponding deviation,the need to apply external force to correct.In the case of the whole lifting project of the steel Corridor of the International Trade Finance Center of Xiamen,the whole lifting scheme is proposed,including the selection of the hanging point,the installation of the equipment,the setting of the assembling steel platform,and the security checking of the whole project.IN the construction case,the key technology and matters needing attention of the whole lifting construction technology are summarized,the load and position combination control mode is put forward to control the synchronous hoist,the control mode is validated by observing the data of the synchronization during the lifting,and the error of the whole lifting accuracy is checked and processed.The above work provides a solution to the difficulties of the whole lifting construction technology at present.It can provide reference for the construction of the same structure.
